Waller celebrates 15 years of service at Hanson
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Robert Waller, P.E., LEED® AP, civil engineer, recently celebrated 15 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Springfield, Ill., headquarters.
Waller joined the company in 1998 and serves the firm’s aviation market. He has primarily worked in the capacity of design engineer and project manager on projects to construct runways, taxiways, facilities for aircraft and auto parking, airport navigational aids, underground utilities, service roads and site developments. Additionally, he manages airport planning, construction and land acquisition projects, and serves as a regional group leader for the aviation market in central and southern Illinois and Missouri.
Prior to joining Hanson, Waller served in the U.S. Navy, attended Parkland College and received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed professional engineer in Alaska and Illinois and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) accredited professional.
