Stojanovska joins Hanson’s Chicago office
CHICAGO — Elizabetha Stojanovska, civil designer, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Chicago regional office, serving the firm’s infrastructure market. She is starting her career with the company by performing design calculations and updating utility plans for Illinois Tollway projects.
Stojanovska has a bachelor’s degree in civil and materials engineering from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society, Society of Women Engineers and Women in Science and Engineering. She and other students won first place in the environmental structure category at the university’s 2012 College of Engineering Senior Design Expo for their project on stormwater harvesting in Winnetka, Ill.
