Soberanis-Swart celebrates 15 years at Hanson
FRANKFORT, Ill. — Carol Soberanis-Swart, a senior real estate negotiator and relocation specialist, recently celebrated 15 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Chicago – Will County office.
Prior to joining the company in 2002, Soberanis-Swart was a paralegal for Levenfeld Pearlstein LLC in Chicago. At Hanson, she oversees all land acquisition transactions performed in the office. She has provided real estate negotiation and relocation assistance for projects, including the reconstruction and widening of a 3.6-mile section of the South Tri-State Tollway in Cook County and the planned South Suburban Airport near Monee.
Soberanis-Swart is a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association and the International Right of Way Association.
