Bozin celebrates 10 years at Hanson
BELLEVUE, Wash. — Pete Bozin, P.E., a railroad engineer at Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Seattle regional office, recently celebrated 10 years of service with the company.
Prior to joining Hanson in 2007, he was an intern for engineering consulting firm Wade Trim in Gaylord, Michigan, where he provided computer-aided design and drafting services and assisted with property surveys. He also was an intern for the Michigan Department of Transportation, for which he conducted surveying. At Hanson, he has been a field representative and designer for numerous BNSF Railway Co. projects in Washington, Idaho and Oregon, including track realignments and bridge replacements.
He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering in 2007 from Michigan Technological University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Washington and a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association.
