Seow joins Hanson’s Seattle regional office as civil engineer

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Sheng-Wen Seow, P.E., PMP, civil engineer, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Seattle regional office, serving the railway market. He will work on railroad track, yard, bridge and intermodal projects, utilities, storm detention facilities and parking lots. He also will conduct field investigations, analysis and calculations; prepare plans, specifications and estimates; and observe and evaluate construction.

Seow brings 14 years of civil engineering experience to Hanson. Prior to joining the company, he worked on multiple transportation projects for the Arizona Department of Transportation and various firms in Arizona, Oregon and Washington.

Seow has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Arizona. He is a licensed professional engineer in California, Oregon and Washington and a certified project management professional. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Project Management Institute and Toastmasters International.
