Knoedler marks 35 years at Hanson 

RALEIGH, N.C. — Robert J. Knoedler, P.E., CEM, CxA, vice president and principal of commissioning and energy-related services, recently celebrated 35 years of service at Hanson Professional Services Inc.

Knoedler works across the U.S. with public- and private-sector clients, providing commissioning and retrocommissioning services for various buildings and facilities.  He also speaks nationally about building commissioning, energy analysis and conservation, and energy systems design.

He serves on the board of directors as secretary for the Southeast Regional Chapter of the Building Commissioning Association (SERBCA).  He also serves as chairman of the Haywood County Health Board.

Knoedler holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (1975) and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering (1978), both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  He is a licensed professional engineer in more than 10 states.
