‘Best Places to Work in Illinois’ ranks Hanson 18th in category
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Hanson Professional Services Inc. is ranked 18th out of 26 companies in the medium-employer category on a list of 74 companies named the best places to work in Illinois.
Hanson’s ranking in the category, which was revealed at an awards ceremony May 26 at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort and Conference Center in Oak Brook, is on the “Best Places to Work in Illinois” list managed by Harrisburg, Pennsylvania-based Best Companies Group. Best Companies works with local media and publishing partners to establish “Best Places to Work” programs, which recognize businesses that create and maintain workplace excellence. Registered companies respond to employer and employee surveys, and Best Companies analyzes that information to determine a “Best Places to Work” list. Profiles of the top companies and other winners will be published June 27 in a special section of the Daily Herald Business Ledger.
In 2015, Hanson ranked 17th out of 27 companies in the medium-employer category; 75 companies were recognized overall. This is the 11th year for “Best Places to Work in Illinois.” For more information about the list, go to www.bestplacestoworkil.com.
