Hanson ranks 17th in ‘Best Places to Work in Illinois’ category
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — Hanson Professional Services Inc. recently was ranked 17th out of 27 companies in the medium-employer category on a list of 75 companies named the best places to work in Illinois.
Hanson’s ranking in the category, which was revealed at an awards ceremony May 6 at the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Hills Resort and Conference Center in Oak Brook, Ill., is on the “Best Places to Work in Illinois” list managed by Harrisburg, Pa.-based Best Companies Group. Best Companies works with local media and publishing partners to establish “Best Places to Work” programs, which recognize businesses that create and maintain workplace excellence. Registered companies respond to employer and employee surveys, and Best Companies analyzes that information to determine a “Best Places to Work” list. The companies on the list will be profiled June 22 in the Daily Herald Business Ledger.
In 2014, Hanson ranked 12th out of 23 companies in the medium-employer category; 65 companies were recognized overall. This is the 10th year for “Best Places to Work in Illinois.” For more information about the list, go to www.bestplacestoworkil.com.
