Garcia recognized with Certified Commissioning Authority certification
WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s Manuel Garcia, CxA, recently became a certified commissioning authority (CxA) by the AABC Commissioning Group (ACG). This certification recognizes an individual who understands the building commissioning process and possesses the organizational, documentation, communications and team-building skills that are necessary to lead and coordinate an effective commissioning team and to ensure that the intent of the building owner is achieved.
As a senior electrical CxA, his experience includes commissioning power distribution, lighting, security and communications systems for educational, industrial, military and sporting facilities and residential projects as well as providing building commissioning services.
The AABC Commissioning Group (ACG) is an independent, non-profit association dedicated to the advancement of professional, independent third-party commissioning and energy management services.
