FSB Federal Design Group JV awarded $45M National Guard Bureau contract

FSB Federal Design Group JV was recently awarded a $45 million indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract to support the National Guard Bureau with planning, architectural and engineering services. Frankfurt Short Bruza Associates (FSB), Hanson Professional Services Inc. and Mott MacDonald formed the joint venture in order to provide military clients with comprehensive and nationwide services.

The team was awarded a five-year contract, and the scope includes master planning, design, construction support, studies and surveys.

“This contract enables our joint venture to work with both Army and Air National Guard on many interesting and challenging design projects across the nation,” said Gene Brown of FSB, the program manager for the joint venture. “We look forward to working with the Guard on everything from hangars and other aviation facilities to energy audits to fueling facilities to new readiness centers.”

FSB is an architecture, engineering and planning firm headquartered in Oklahoma City. Hanson is a nation-wide engineering and planning firm, with headquarters in Springfield, Illinois. A global firm, Mott McDonald provides engineering, management and development. Its North American headquarters are located in Iselin, New Jersey.
