Epplin joins Hanson’s St. Louis regional office
MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. — Julianne Epplin, biologist, recently joined Hanson Professional Services Inc.’s St. Louis regional office. She will conduct field surveys and wetland delineations and prepare permit applications and mitigation plans for wetlands and other environmental resources. She also will prepare permitting and environmental documents and reports and coordinate with state and federal resource agencies.
Epplin previously was a volunteer conservation naturalist for the Missouri Department of Conservation in St. Charles, Mo., where she helped improve and promote programs for natural resource education and public information. She also was an intern for Great Rivers Greenway in St. Louis, where she developed a trail maintenance manual and identified products needed for trail implementation.
Epplin received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Lindenwood University and a master’s degree in environmental science, public policy and administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where she was a graduate teaching assistant.
