
Bryce Beckstrom, P.E., LEED AP®, Hanson’s associate water resources discipline manager for stormwater, joined the company in 2015.
He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and the Envision Sustainability Professional designation from the Institute for Sustainable Infrastructure. He is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and Indiana.
He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Kurt Bialobreski, P.E., PTOE, is an assistant vice president and Hanson’s chief innovation officer and joined the firm in 2006.
He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois and Florida and a certified professional traffic operations engineer. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and was named the 2012 Young Engineer of the Year and the 2019 Civil Engineer of the Year by the Central Illinois Section. He also is a member of the American Public Works Association, Institute of Transportation Engineers and the Pekin Area Chamber of Commerce Transportation Committee. In 2014, he was selected as a Rising Star in Civil Engineering by ZweigWhite’s Civil + Structural Engineer magazine and was named one of the 40 Leaders Under Forty by InterBusiness Issues magazine.

Lee Bloome, P.E., Hanson’s water and wastewater discipline manager, joined Hanson in 2006.
He received a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Bradley University and is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Illinois and Missouri.
He serves on the Illinois Municipal League’s Public Works Committee and is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois, the American Water Works Association and the National Society of Professional Engineers.

Gary Clack, P.E., S.E., an assistant vice president and a project manager at Hanson, joined the firm in 1990.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Wade Conlan, P.E., CxA, BCxP, LEED AP® BD+C, Hanson’s commissioning and energy discipline manager, joined Hanson in 2016.
He received a bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Georgia, Nevada and Pennsylvania; Certified Commissioning Authority; Commissioning Process Management Professional; and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional with a Building Design + Construction specialty.
Wade is a member and director-at-large of ASHRAE and chair of its Guideline 1.6P Subcommittee: Commissioning for Data Centers. He also is a member of its Epidemic Task Force and its Building Readiness Team, Standing Standard Project Committee 300: Commissioning and its Guideline 1.1 Subcommittee: HVAC&R Technical Requirements for the Commissioning Process and technical committees 9.10: Laboratory Systems and 7.9: Building Commissioning. He serves on the ASHRAE Central Florida Chapter’s board of governors.
He received the Exceptional Service Award, Distinguished Service Award, Technology Award, Milton W. Garland Commemorative Refrigeration Award for Project Excellence, Regional Award of Merit and Chapter Service Award from ASHRAE and the Young Engineer of the Year and Technical Engineer of the Year awards from ASHRAE’s Central Florida Chapter. He also was named one of Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine’s 40 Under 40 in 2011.

Imane El Ghazouani joined Hanson as an intern in 2018 and became a mechanical and energy designer in 2018.
She received an associate degree in engineering from Valencia College and bachelor’s degrees in hospitality marketing and management from Cadi Ayyad University in Marrakech, Morocco, and in mechanical engineering from the University of Central Florida. She is a member of ASHRAE’s Central Florida Chapter and is the chapter transfer technology co-chair.

Danny L. Haughn, EMP, CxA, CBCP, GGP, GPCP, CCP, LEED AP® BD+C, a commissioning specialist and electrical designer, has worked for Hanson since 1997.
Haughn received an associate degree from Valencia College, a bachelor’s degree in engineering technology from Daytona State College and a Master of Business Administration from Stetson University. He is an Energy Management Professional, a Certified Commissioning Authority, a Certified Building Commissioning Professional, a certified Green Globes Professional, a Guiding Principles Compliance Professional, a Certified Commissioning Professional and a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accredited professional with a Building Design + Construction specialty.
He is a member of the Energy Management Association, the Association of Energy Engineers and the Building Commissioning Association and a charter member of the Energy Managers Society.

Lindsay Hausman, P.E., is an associate project manager who has worked for Hanson since 2002.
Hausman earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed professional engineer in Illinois, Michigan and South Dakota. She is a member of the Airport Consultants Council, American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Robert Knoedler, P.E., EMP, CxA, a vice president and principal of commissioning and energy-related services, has been with Hanson since 1977.
Knoedler received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering, both from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is a licensed professional engineer in several states, an Energy Management Professional and a Certified Commissioning Authority.
He is president of the Energy Management Association’s board of directors and a member of the AABC Commissioning Group, Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association’s Atlanta Chapter, ASHRAE, National Society of Professional Engineers, the Southeast Region Chapter of the Building Commissioning Association and the University of Illinois Foundation.
In 2020, he named to the Environment + Energy Leader 100 list.

Bradley Perrott, P.E., LEED AP®, EMP, is Hanson’s facilities practice lead. He joined the firm in 2016 and is a licensed professional engineer in several states, including Florida; Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design AP; and an Energy Management Professional.
He received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Florida. He is a member of ASHRAE’s Central Florida Chapter, the American Society of Plumbing Engineers and the United States Green Building Council. In 2013, he was named one of Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine’s 40 Under 40.

Clay Scott, a vice president and project principal, has been with Hanson since 2018.
He received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Sul Ross State University.

Lisa Ulrich, P.E., a civil engineer, joined Hanson in 2012.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Iowa and is president of the Illinois Society of Professional Engineers’ Capital Chapter.

Brian Wozniak, P.E., CFM, is Hanson’s water resources discipline manager. He joined the company in 2010 and earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from The Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Springfield. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Colorado, Georgia, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Utah, is a certified floodplain manager and is National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System qualified.
He serves on the board of directors for the American Water Resources Association’s Florida Section and is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Florida’s Water Resources Committee. He also is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, Association of State Dam Safety Officials, Association of State Floodplain Managers, Florida Engineering Society and the Florida Stormwater Association.
