Robert Knoedler, P.E., EMP, CxA, a vice president and the principal of commissioning and energy-related services at Hanson, provided insights on utility bills and methods for energy conservation measures (ECMs) and facility improvement measures (FIMs) to employees at JLL, a real estate services firm.

During the virtual training sessions Oct. 7, Robert discussed utility companies’ terminology and electrical rate structures, verifying charges on bills and more in his “Analyzing Utility Invoices” presentation. He then presented “Identifying Opportunities – ECMs/FIMs,” talking about energy audit procedures to determine ECMs and FIMs.
