Fayetteville State University’s Science and Technology earns LEED® Gold certification

Fayetteville State University’s Science and Technology Building achieved a LEED® Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council. Hanson commissioned the $20 million, 60,000-square-foot facility that serves the mathematics, computer science, biotechnology and forensic science curriculums. Commissioning was performed on HVAC systems, domestic hot water, special piping, lighting controls, emergency power systems and the building envelope.
