Knoedler becomes president of Energy Management Association’s board

Robert Knoedler, P.E., EMP, CxA, a vice president and principal of commissioning and energy-related services, has been elected president of the Energy Management Association’s (EMA) board of directors.

Knoedler, who works at Hanson’s office in Raleigh, North Carolina, and other board members were selected April 27 during CxEnergy, an annual conference sponsored by the AABC Commissioning Group and EMA.

Knoedler has been a member of the EMA since its founding in 2014, and most recently was a member of the committee revising the examination for its Energy Management Professional (EMP) certification.
