New Orlando airport complex becomes LEED Certified

South Airport Automated People Mover Complex and Intermodal Terminal Facility at Orlando International Airport has achieved LEED Certified level from the U.S. Green Building Council.

Hanson has provided commissioning services for this project. The firm and its subconsultant, Construction Moisture Consulting Inc., provided commissioning for the new South Airport Automated People Mover Complex and Intermodal Terminal Facility that established the infrastructure for the new terminal. All major building envelope, mechanical (heating, ventilating and air conditioning), plumbing, electrical and life safety systems were commissioned.
