Hanson employees teach, present at CxEnergy

Five members of Hanson’s energy, sustainability and resiliency team led technical sessions at CxEnergy 2019.

Robert Knoedler, P.E., EMP, CxA, is interviewed April 17 about the growth of the energy and commissioning industry in the U.S. by Ed Armstrong, executive director of the Energy Management Association, at CxEnergy 2019 in Orlando, Florida. Robert is president of the association.

Robert Knoedler, P.E., EMP, CxA, vice president and principal of commissioning and energy-related services, was a co-instructor for the Energy Management Professional seminar and exam session, which was held April 15 and 16 during the conference in Orlando, Florida.

Wade Conlan, P.E., CxA, CPMP, LEED AP® BD+C, commissioning discipline manager, joined Nate Boyd, P.E., BEAP, CPMP, LEED AP®, from the University of Central Florida (UCF) on April 17 to discuss the implementation of the university’s strategic campus sustainability and energy plan. UCF   is one of the largest universities in the United States.

Bill Bradford, P.E., a senior vice president and energy, sustainability and resiliency principal; Drew Daly, CxA, a commissioning specialist; and Jonathan Noordzy, P.E., QCxP, CxA, EMP, a mechanical engineer and commissioning specialist, delivered a presentation about the evolution and benefits of a district-wide commissioning program for large school districts on April 18.
