Live online class about Orlando’s smart city plan Dec. 10

Bill Bradford, P.E., will moderate a live online class about smart cities for the American Council of Engineering Companies.

Bill will join Mike Hess, P.E., LEED® Fellow, director of Future Ready for the city of Orlando, Florida, and David Mulholland, P.E., a senior vice president and the Southeast regional manager for VHB, for the webinar, “Developing a Smart City Masterplan and Roadmap for the City of Orlando,” on Dec. 10. They will discuss the importance of community engagement, the common themes of developing a smart city plan, Orlando’s innovative approaches and how to use a city’s “digital twin.” Orlando’s planning will help identify what a smart city means for the third-largest metropolitan area in Florida.
