Stuart Kemp, P.E., S.E.

Stuart Kemp serves as a vice president and senior project manager for Hanson, supervising a staff of engineers, scientists and support staff, as well as overseeing all operations, programs and services for Hanson’s Rockford, Illinois, office. He has 34 years of experience in civil and environmental planning and engineering; construction management; and project, field and staff operations management. Prior to joining Hanson in 1988, he was a project engineer for a consulting engineering firm in Chicago, Illinois. .

Stuart has served as project manager on numerous multidiscipline projects. His experience includes structural investigations, design of new structures, repair/rehabilitation of existing structures, preparation of construction documents and construction administration. He has experience with a variety of structural systems and materials, including concrete, steel, masonry and timber.
