James Messmore, P.E.

James Messmore is a senior vice president and infrastructure market principal. He oversees projects, establishing and sustaining relationships with infrastructure market clients; develops and executes programs to achieve profitable growth; and manages staff at Hanson’s Chicago regional office. He has been involved in a variety of transportation-related projects, including serving as principal-in-charge for several large-scale projects.

He is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies and its Risk Management Committee, the American Council of Engineering Companies of Illinois, the National Society of Professional Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Maintenance of Way Club of Chicago.
