Bradley Perrott, P.E., LEED AP, EMP

Brad Perrott, a mechanical engineer and commissioning specialist, serves as Hanson’s facilities practice lead. In that role, he oversees the coordination and hiring of personnel for Hanson’s mechanical, electrical, commissioning and architecture disciplines, working with market principals and project managers to make sure project resources are properly allocated. With a background in project and client management, Brad specializes in HVAC design and provides quality assurance for Hanson’s mechanical, electrical and plumbing design projects across the U.S. Brad leads Hanson's office in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Brad has designed projects for grades K-12 higher education, hospitality, correctional, public safety and government facilities in Florida and the Southeast U.S. Before joining Hanson, he was a senior project manager and led the commercial department at a mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering firm in Maitland, Florida.
In 2013, Brad was named one of Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine’s 40 Under 40. He is a member of the Energy Management Association, the United States Green Building Council and ASHRAE.
