Project Web Sites

Project Web sites are a vital part of modern-day projects. These sites are available to project managers or the public 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. They help promote interaction between the project team and the public. And for the project team, the sites provide a more efficient way of communicating and transmitting project information.

Hanson has completed project Web sites for several clients, helping them keep their project teams involved with current information about their projects. Through these sites, team members can view recent project photos, e-mail members of the project team, review meeting minutes, look at project schedules as well as many other types of information.

Some of the Web sites we've developed are linked to geographic information systems (GIS) or other databases. These sites provide clients with data in an organized manner that can be accessed through the Internet. Several of the sites are designed with active client server applications so the client can access live, real-time data.

Hanson has in-house web servers to house these sites, eliminating third-party involvement of sometimes-sensitive information. We also have experience with html, graphic and animation creation, Microsoft SQL server database applications and active server pages (ASP)—giving us the ability to take care of all aspects of our clients’ project Web sites.
